Offering employers the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive pre-employment verification before moving forward with offers of employment, the program aims to “identify the best of the best employees” according to Mike Mitchell, Executive Vice President of Risk Management at Flood & Peterson, Inc.

The first of its kind, the PEST program involves the creation of a service that gives employers a 360-degree view of perspective employees before introducing them to the workforce.
